Who runs it
Founder-led
Backline is led by Bojan, its founder. He spent more than a decade building software systems and leading delivery for international financial-services companies. Backline was built around the same principle: operations should be measurable, reliable and accountable.
We do one thing: dispatch and call handling for HVAC and plumbing companies. We are a small firm by design.
Where we work from

We are not a marketplace and we do not hand you a random virtual assistant. We take responsibility for the operation: the people, the AI setup, the quality checks and the weekly numbers.
